It is assumed that communities of practice may be a way to improve clinical counselling. Communities of practice are described from Etienne Wenger’s idea of reification and participation. The article describes the problems of clinical counsellors in the light of a projekt dealing with the clinical counsellors’ need to improve the quality of there quidance.
